Ordering information
Payments are processed through our Square account, and you will be transferred to their secure pages to finalise payment. You can use Square to pay by credit/debit card.
Please note that as all items are printed to your specific order, payment will be charged to your card as soon as the order is placed, not at the point of dispatch.
Delivery Policy
Whilst we aim to process & dispatch orders within a few days, to ensure the maximum level of quality in all processing, please allow a period of 14-28 days for delivery in Mainland Britain. For all International orders (all destinations outside of mainland Britain), please allow a period of 21-28 days. This includes all processing, framing, packaging and distribution.
Refund Policy
Please choose carefully as refunds may not be given on prints due to the custom nature of the product. If you do have any queries please contact us to discuss your options.
Images ordered as downloads
Please note that you will receive an order confirmation email after the payment is processed which includes a link to download the image(s) you have purchased. Therefore, you should ensure that the email address you provide during the order is correct. If you do not receive this, please keep a check on your spam filters and junk mail folders in case the confirmation email has been inadvertently treated as spam. If you have not received the confirmation email within 24 hours (they are usually issued immediately after payment is confirmed), please contact us and we will re-issue this.
Copyright
Only in the circumstances where you have purchased a digital file by way of download will the photographer's copyright be waived. If you choose to save the image file which allows you to have it printed by a third party, you may use this order confirmation as proof of your copyright ownership. We suggest you retain/print the full confirmation which also shows the image(s) purchased if confirmation is required.
This copyright waiver does not extend to any order/purchase of photographs.
It will be your own responsibility to ensure print quality if you have purchased a digital file and the images are not supplied as photographs by LSM Digital.
The copyright waiver only applies to the use of any images for personal use. Please contact LMS Digital if any images are required for any other purposes.
